ROBERT BIRNBERG has been a student of Yoga for over 40 years. He has studied with, T.K.V. Desikachar, his family and various senior teachers for over 25 years. Robert interned at the T. Krishnamacharya Yoga Mandiram, (KYM) an institution regarded internationally for
Yoga education and therapy. He is a Certified Yoga Teacher Trainer in the tradition of T. Krishnamacharya. Robert teaches private, therapeutic Yoga, presents ongoing Yoga Sutras study groups, and trains teachers in the U.S. and abroad. He is on the faculty of Loyola Marymount’s Yoga Therapy Program and is a certified Positive Psychology Coach. He specializes in relationship coaching and the treatment of addiction. He lectures internationally, and has been published in Yoga periodicals.
